A sister conference to the North East Women’s Herbal Conference, it was filled with the same spirit of joy, laughter, love and inspiration that I've come to love at these women's gatherings. Charis and her team of amazing helpers have planted a bright and beautiful seed that is blossoming into an amazing garden of spirit." ~ Rosemary Gladstar (coming back in 2017!)

More about the wonderful Rosemary Gladstar
Rosemary Gladstar is known and beloved the world around for her work with plants and people. She has brought life to the practice of herbal medicine in this country. In 1978 she founded the California School of Herbal Studies, the first herbal school in California. In the early 1990s she co-founded Sage Mountain Herbs in Vermont, which has become a sanctuary of learning for hundreds of aspiring herbalists. Her concern about the ecological sustainability of medicinal plants, which needed to be protected from over-harvesting by the herb trade, inspired Rosemary to establish United Plant Savers. She is also the co-founder of the International Herb Symposium and the director of the beloved New England Women's Herbal Conference.
