All refund requests must be received in writing by September 15th, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by snail mail to 5785 Golden Key Road, Kempton, PA 19529. All fees, including tuition and intensives, except $35 processing fee are refundable until September 15th. Emergencies are included. After September 15th, absolutely positively no refunds.
